Cancellation Policy

To our Valued Guests: 

Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations.  

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. 

No-Shows or notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.

Sexual Harassment Policy

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both our clients and therapists. we have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the massage session. The client will be held responsible for paying the full session price. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.

Medication Conditions and Allergies 

The well-being and safety of our clients are of paramount importance. To ensure a customized and secure massage experience, we request that clients inform our massage therapists about any medication conditions and allergies that may impact the massage session. Examples include contagious skin conditions, open wounds or sores, heart conditions, arthritis, DVTs, aneurysm, vertigo, recent surgeries, cancer, diabetes or pregnancy.
